An aviation professional with more than 35 years of experience in Air Cargo and Logistics, Eddie (as most people know him) found his inspiration in sport as a young man. To him, football was more than just a game – it gave him direction and purpose, which he channelized over the years to build a formidable institution – The Royal Rangers Football Club. A father figure to the boys and girls, he is fondly called Eddie Uncle, and has played soccer for clubs and the city of Mumbai. An accomplished administrator, he is actively involved in community events and associations.
David Julian Jones

A partner with one of world’s largest professional service firms, David is passionate about football (he has played soccer at school, college, club, and state level) and living life to the fullest. It is this joie de vivre that brings much energy and passion to the Foundation and its initiatives. Sport has always been a constant in his life, and he encourages his teams to live by the motto – Work Hard, Play Hard.
Chief Coach, Royal Rangers FC
Paritosh brings with him valuable coaching experience as a qualified ‘A’ license holder. He has previously coached teams such as the Indian Railways, and the U-19 and Senior Women’s football team, Delhi to achieve new heights. More recently, he was the architect behind Royal Rangers FC winning the A Division league and his calm and composed demeanor in pressure situations is his hallmark.
Disha Malhotra Julka
Head Coach, Royal Rangers Women’s Teams
Disha Malhotra Julka is a certified AFC A License Instructor and brings valuable experience to Royal Rangers FC as Assistant Coach, All India Football Federation (AIFF) as well as the Under 17 National Women’s Football Team and Head Coach for the Delhi State Senior Women’s Football Team. An avid footballer, Disha has captained the U 19 Delhi Women’s Soccer Team and holds a degree in Sports Management from the University of Michigan and the Mississippi College, USA. Her knowledge, training and valuable experience adds a definitive edge to our overall vision.

Keshav is an AFC B License Coach and AIFF Coach Educator and has been coaching the team of the Shri Ram School for almost two decades. His motto: “Football is the way of life” is reflected in his passion for the sport and makes him most affable and endearing to all, especially his students. Affectionately known as Coach KD, he has successfully turned his passion into a career and is continuously seeking to enhance his knowledge in order to be a better teacher.
Shivajee Ashim Das
Lead, Grassroots & Youth Development
A creative professional in the events and media industry Shivajee is an avid footballer (having represented his school, university and district of Shillong in soccer) with a penchant for talent scouting and mentoring. He firmly believes that “When life become too real, take a little time to dream.” This is his dream.
Head – Scouting & Talent Identification
Promod is an AFC Licensed coach with over two decades of experience in the banking sector. A dynamic professional Promod’s willingness to go that extra mile and an eye for spotting new players makes him the perfect fit for the role. His aim: to watch players improve and develop as footballers.
A former mediaperson, Radhika brings over twenty-five years of writing experience – both print and digital – to handle all media and communications for the Foundation. Her eye for detail and obsession to cross the t’s and dot the i’s ensures that all communication is seamless.
Assistant Coach, Royal Rangers FC
Sandeep is a D License holder who has previously helped coach teams for Santosh Trophy and National Football Championships. Currently, he is coaching both boys and girls with a particular focus on the goalkeepers.
Assistant Coach, Royal Rangers Women’s Team
Prateek, a D license holder, is focused on developing the women’s teams of Royal Rangers FC, both Under 17 and Senior Women’s Team. Having previously coached the Youth Development wing of erstwhile Minerva Punjab FC and also worked with Foot and Ball at the grassroots level, Prateeks bring a youthful energy to the team.
Physio, Men’s Team, Royal Rangers FC
A certified physiotherapist, Ayush brings a multifaceted skill set to the Royal Rangers Men’s Team. Hardworking and disciplined, Ayush is a valuable team player whose calm demeanour is a definitive plus during stressful match situations.
Physio, Women’s Team, Royal Rangers FC
A qualified physiotherapist Tseten’s training in therapeutic care coupled with her high levels of commitment and willingness to accept responsibility makes her invaluable to the overall development of the team. Her cheerful disposition and positive energy makes her fully equipped to manage challenging situations, both on and off the field.
Coach, Royal Rangers Youth Development
Shyamal was one of the first boys to join the Open Field Soccer Program in 2012. The past nine years has seen him grow phenomenally as a player and now graduate to coaching at the Royal Rangers Academy. His never-say-die attitude coupled with love for the game have helped him blend his passion for football into a career.
Delicia Jones Kariyal
A former aviation professional, Delicia lends her quiet support to the Foundation in her usual gentle and affable manner. Her gentle spirit, dedication and organizational abilities is what brings it all together. A graduate from St. Stephens College in New Delhi, she has a can do, will do attitude and regularly challenges the team to question the status quo.
After having spent over a decade in corporate banking, and taking a break for almost a similar period to focus on family responsibilities – bringing up two kids, Maneesha has set out on an entrepreneurial journey with a foray into soft furnishings. Her meticulous manner and penchant for planning keeps the team balanced and concentrated on the route to achieve our goals.
Rahul S Kariyal
A sales professional with significant experience in the IT space, Rahul has a keen interest in the latest developments in technology and more importantly practical applications of such advancements. Having worked in large multinational organisations he is the ideal sounding board for new age ideas and encourages innovative thinking at the Foundation.
